We store: an account id, your racer name, your car's look, your best times and their replays, the tracks and cups you publish, reports you file, and purchase records from the store. Times and replays are public on the boards under your racer name. We do not collect your email, contacts or location. Purchases are processed by RevenueCat and the store. Data is kept on Supabase in the EU. To have what you published taken down, or to delete the account entirely, contact us.
To show your racer name and times on the leaderboards, to run championships, to keep the tracks and cups you publish available to other players, to deliver what you bought, and to act on reports of abuse.
No email address, no contacts, no location, no advertising identifiers. There is no third-party advertising in the game.
Push notifications and in-app messages are delivered by OneSignal. It holds your account id, your device's push token and a few counts we set — races finished, tracks published, purchases, whether you want the daily track alert — to decide what to send. It never receives your racer name or anything you type. Turn notifications off in your phone's settings, and the daily alert off in Settings › Daily track alert.
The game sends anonymous usage statistics to Google Analytics for Firebase: which screens are opened, races finished, tracks published, purchases made. They are tied to a random install id that Firebase generates, never to your racer name or account, and ad personalisation signals are off. You can switch this off at any time in Settings › Usage statistics, and it stays off.
Your racer name, your times and replays, and the tracks and cups you publish are public inside the game. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store and by RevenueCat. Usage statistics go to Google Analytics for Firebase, notifications through OneSignal. Data is stored on Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt). Names you type are checked by an automated moderation service (OpenAI's moderation model) before they are shown to others; the name is the only thing sent.

The game is rated for players 13 and over. We do not knowingly keep data of younger children; if you believe we do, contact us and we will delete it.
When this policy changes the game shows the new version of the terms and asks again.
